Customers must ensure that all packages are properly packaged and labeled with the correct recipient address and contact information. We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of any package that is not properly packaged or marked.

Shipping and Delivery
We will try our best to ship and deliver according to the timetable provided, but we are not responsible for delays due to weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking
We will provide package tracking service, allowing you to check the shipment progress of your package.

Damage or Loss
We will be responsible for damage or loss of packages caused by our error or negligence during shipping. However, we are not responsible for damage or loss caused by packages that are not properly packaged or marked, or because packages contain prohibited items.

Fees and Payment
All logistics service fees must be paid in advance when collecting the package or on the website provided by us.

Modifications and Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your logistics needs, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled collection date. Otherwise, we may not be able to fulfill your request and you may be required to pay associated fees.
